Our inspection services help you keep your costs low by reducing manufacturing costs, ensuring quality control, and preventing delays and failures. All inspections are performed to API standards and specifications, specifically API 5CT SR1, API 5CT SR2, or to your specifications.

We can support 4 ½” to 13 ⅜”.

We check:

• Dimensions/Geometry: we ensure that the pipe’s dimensions are compliant with specifications including outer diameter, inner diameter, and wall thickness.
• Strength/Hardness: we validate that the pipe has the required strength and hardness to withstand the pressure and loads applied during your operation.
• Defect/Damage Detection: we identify cracks, corrosion, or production defects.
• Surface Condition: we confirm the pipe’s surface is free from defects, rust, or other contaminants.
